Road Trip!
I spent yesterday making my plans for the week long trip across America. This is what my glory will consist of:
Louisville partying
Nashville, TN where i will see The Parthenon
Memphis, TN for Graceland and a boat ride on the Mississippi
Amarillo, TX for a huge steak, The Cadillac Ranch, and The Bug Ranch
Albuqueqe, NM
Holbrook, AZ to stay in The Wig Wam Motel!
Sedona, AZ to see the red rocks
and finally to Las Vegas!
The adventure: Tuesday, April 4th to Monday, April 10th

I made that same trip from DC. In Texas you'll find a place or two where there's absolutely nothing in every direction. It's like being on the moon. Crap, there are desert valleys on the road from L.A. to Vegas that can easily fit entire eastern counties. The scale of open space is massive out here.
If not for Subway tuna subs I'd have starved. Roadway food does/did stink. This was 12 years ago.

dood make sure yinz get gas every chance you get...if you take the 40West there ain't shit for miles ^^ he's totally right..
note: you MUST stop at the ostridge farm we went to with the dinosaurs and crazy rock lady that works there...it's on 40 on the way...you can't miss it...looks like a prehistoric forrest with sand hahah..call me if you get losties..can wait until yinz get close!!!!
